Bystronic glass and HEGLA intend to establish a partnership

In the context of the reorganisation Bystronic glass plans to cease manufacturing machinery for
architectural glass cutting that has been performed at the Bützberg (Switzerland) location to date.
However it will continue to offer service support and replacement parts for existing plants.

In order to continue to offer the complete range of products, Bystronic glass and HEGLA intend to
establish a partnership. The aim of this partnership is to work together on the product and market
side. Furthermore, both companies intend to strengthen their particular core competencies and to
join efforts in order to act as full-range suppliers.
